ENJOYING the SILENCE? It’s so soothing to merge into silence. To take a moment to listen inside yourself and just be. Enjoy this guided meditation for a moment of nothingness. Relax and let yourself be nourished by this silence meditation.
In this meditation:
Now that you are here let yourself drop into this meditation. You can relax and follow a couple of breaths.
Become aware of the silence and the peace in it. Feel that you are part of a vast field of stillness.
Become like a living statue, part of the ongoing silence that’s around you.
Feel the silence being so comfortable, so comforting, soothing, packed with bliss. And you are so welcome to sit in this silence... It’s like the silence is embracing you.
Whenever your mind wanders, you notice it at some point, and gently return your focus to the silence.
Continue merging in the stillness.
Now lets slowly make your way out of the stillness, by wiggling your fingers and toes. Preparing your vision for what you are going to see when you open your eyes by remembering the place where you sat down when you started to meditate.
