During this guided meditation I’ll guide you to feel more flow in your life. You will drop into an effortless state of being, by connecting to the smooth and continuous stream of life. Your thoughts being washed away. Regenerating your energy. Take a comfortable seat and click play.
In this meditation:
- Drop into a meditative state, observing your sensations for a little while. Notice any thoughts that come in, your feelings, and your bodily sensations.
- Picture in your mind's eye a beautiful river, a river that you like a lot. Try to picture some details of the river. Also, notice how the water of this river is constantly flowing.
- Picture yourself being down at the riverside, ready to get baptised into 'flowing-ness'. Notice your bare feet on the ground. When you are ready, take as many steps forward as you need to feel the water of the river all the way up to your knees. Feel the flowing water touching your skin. Feel the temperature and the energy of the water.
- Visualise that you take a seat in the river, take a nice meditation pose. Feeling the water reaching up to your navel and all this flowing water touching your skin.
- Then observe your breathing, and how that is continuously flowing, just like the water of the river. It might seem as if you are sitting silently in the river, but everything inside you is flowing. Your breath is flowing, your thoughts are flowing, on after the other. Your feelings are flowing, one after the other. You might like to imagine these thoughts and feeling being carried away by the water of the river. Flowing out you effortlessly, continuously.
