What will we be doing during the journaling group sessions?

The journaling group session usually takes about 40 to 70 minutes and includes a few journaling exercises. So do bring a pen and journal/paper.

I'm hoping to find people who also create journaling exercises to come join me so that half of the session will be lead by me, and half of the session will be lead be a guest.

We will be journaling along with you! And there will also be time for Q&A and for sharing experiences.

The journaling group sessions will probably be held every month or every two months. I'm not yet sure what will be the most beneficial frequency, so this might still change.
