"You know what I have been thinking for years and never really got down?
The idea to get everywhere early, instead of on time.
Why is that such a great idea?
Because so often when I'm getting ready to leave my house, I have to hurry in the last moments because getting ready took more time than I thought.
Next, I'm on my bicycle rushing through all the traffic like crazy, with all the adrenaline making me feel miserable, instead of enjoying the sunshine and sound of the birds.
Which is... a waste of my time on planet Earth!
So my intention is to start planning on being everywhere early, by calculating that extra time. And when I do get to places early, I can just use that time to takes some nice relaxing breaths, socialize, or just enjoy the relaxation of waiting for a few minutes."
