Why do people choose to be fruitarians? Why a fruitarian diet makes so much sense to me:
Fruit is the only thing that nature gives to us. For all other foods we have to either kill or damage. Even if you’re vegan, you’re still killing and/or damaging plants like spinach, carrots, potatoes, rice.. and so on. However…
A fruitarian diet is completely
You don’t have to harm any animal or plant to eat fruits. Fruits are what nature creates with the purpose of being eaten (so that the seeds are being spread by the animals that eat them, go around, and poop out or drop the seeds in another place). So nature is happy to produce fruits with the chance of reproducing itself.

Fruitarianism feels harmonious because it’s so obvious nature want us to eat these fruits. The banana tree makes the banana bright yellow and with a strong and nice smell and taste so that we as animals with taste buds and noses and eyes feel attracted to them. And it’s so easy to eat as well, we don’t have to cook fruits, we don’t have to dig them up, or go through some other effortful or even dangerous process (liking hunting an animal) to get hem, we can just pick the apple up from the ground at the moment the tree drops them for us.
So I hope fruitarianism makes more sense to you now, too! It’s just the most peaceful, harmonious diet. And it’s tasty, easy to eat, and easy to digest too!
